Job Description: 

  • To issue Budget Guidelines and templates to enable cosolidation & Analysis 
  • Highlight & detailing for presentation to management for approval 
  • Preparation of one page Overall SGO Performance – For / Ytd Performance
  • To Coordinate with all sites for Budget upload & Actuals in MIND system
  • Liasing with BF team and MIND team for any requriment MIND system understanding to respective users
  • Ask plant finance team to work on Saving initiatives during FY Tracking initiatives on month on month basis 
  •  Implementing zero based budgeting all 6 plants, Variance analysis between Budget and Actual, Monetoring other monthly activities  
  • Monthly presentation for CFO review, Quarterly presentation for MD office review.Plant performance analysis for Sr. VP Operations review (Monthly basis)
  • Work with MckenseyWork with plants to review and identify the saving can be achieve in Indirect expenses, Tracking the saving idea implimented.
